MANUEL PELLEGRINI is the brand-new manager option to take control of Everton football club, according to Ladbrokes.

The bookies have slashed the chances on the Chilean as the man most likely to replace Roberto Martinez, cutting the 62-year-old's rate from 10/1 to just 2/1.

Such a large reduction in the price would suggest that someone is in the know about the future appointment.
